The channel is home to more than 5 million users and nearly 1 billion lifetime viewers as of July 2022. Paytas has co-hosted Frenemies alongside her fellow YouTuber Ethan Klein. A singer by herself, Paytas made singles available and released several albums. She also appeared in television and film shows. Paytas was born in Riverside, California on May 8, 1988 before she moved to Illinois. Paytas is the youngest of two brothers. an older half-sister from the maternal side. Paytas was 15 when she moved from Illinois to California. In California, she took part in a Catholic online school. Paytas came back to Illinois at 16 to live and study in Pecatonica, Illinois.
