Anna Silk is the daughter of Peter Silk and Ilkay Silk. Ilkay Silk has been an actor, director as well as a producer, playwright, and educator in St. Thomas University. Anna Silk's dad is from Britain, and her mother was a Turkish Cypriot English expat. Her mother was always watching her working in rehearsals for plays. Her appearances in commercials were numerous as a young child. Anna was transferred to Toronto to Los Angeles in 1999. Seth Cooperman met Anna at an Los Angeles actor's workshops in 2007 and the couple became engaged. Anna was recently converted to Judaism and the couple married in Fredericton. Bo's relationship with Lauren (played by Zoie Palmer) was featured on CNN's list of the top most viewed Television Couples and was named the top Television Couple of the year 2013 by E! Entertainment Television. Anna's popularity on social media increased after the success of her show.
