Morgan Fairchild (born Patsy Ann McClenny, born February 3, 1950) is an American actor from the United States. Her fame grew during the latter part of the 1970s and into the into the 1980s when she played appearances in various television shows where she typically displayed a glamorous appearance. Fairchild began her career in her role on the CBS morning soap Search for Tomorrow as Jennifer Pace between 1973 and 1977. She was Jenna Wade in 1978, the first time a woman had done such a role. The following year, she was the role of Jenna Wade in Flamingo Road (NBC), in which she was awarded a Golden Globe Award nomination for the Best Actress for the Television Series Drama. In 1984, she starred alongside ABC's short-lived premiertime soap Paper Dolls. Between 1985 until 1986, Fairchild was the lawyer Jordan Roberts on Falcon Crest. Fairchild performed on stage and also appeared as a guest on television series such as Murphy Brown.
